2025 MOJA Juried Art Exhibition
City Gallery
City Gallery will be open December 12, 2025 through February 2, 2026: Wednesdays through Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The MOJA Arts Festival is an 11-day multi-disciplinary celebration of African American and Caribbean culture produced by the City of Charleston’s Office of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the MOJA Planning Committee. Moja, a Swahili word meaning “One,” is the appropriate name for this festival celebration of harmony among all people in our community. The Festival highlights the many African American and Caribbean contributions to western & world cultures.

Proverbs 31: 14-17
She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She rises also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. She considered a field, and buys it: with the fruit of her hands she planted a vineyard. She girded her loins with strength, and strengthened her arms.
To honor working women their dedication and determination to help provide for their families and anyone in need they may encounter.
